General Information
This Desktop and Web License – End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legally binding contract between "you" (the customer) and Studio Muhittin Güneş. By purchasing a license and downloading font software and typefaces from this website, you agree that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not wish to be bound by the agreement, you cannot access, use, or download the font software.
§ Usage
You may not commission a third party to modify the fonts, You may not distribute, sell, or give away any versions of the fonts. We do offer a full customization service for all of our typefaces, from just one glyph to all current typeface families. If custom type or some modifications are needed to the retail typeface, please contact us at hello [at] gunesmuhittin.com. The licenses describe this right of use as a basic license that covers Desktop, Print and Web versions of this typeface. The Basic license covers unlimited commercial and personal projects on the web and print usage if you license it according to company employees size.
§ Information
For desktop use, whoever installs the font on their computer needs to have a license (End-User License Agreement). You may convert fonts into paths or pixels and create outline artworks based on desktop fonts. The Desktop and Web Format License allows the user to use the typeface(s) on a desktop machine as well as in applications such as t-shirts, printed material, educational design, social media images and websites.
§ Modifications
You must not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or decompile. Please contact us for modifications or additional glyphs on existing retail typefaces.
§ Clients
If you want to buy fonts for a client or someone else, the license holder can be changed accordingly after your purchase.
§ Inquiries and Rights

§ Refunds & Support
Within two weeks you can ask for refunds on Paddle. Also, If you give notice of font problems after your purchase, we can solve this function problem in 30 days. Please feel free to contact us for refund request on hello[at]gunesmuhittin.com
§ Format
All purchases come with All-in one license covers Desktop, Print and Web Licenses. For Desktop and Print versions we provide typeface files with .OTF and TTF files and for Web versions we provide .WOFF2 versions.
§ Definition
When you buy a typeface, you get the license to use it. You become a licence holder (licensee), not the owner of the intellectual property rights of the typeface. The licence entitles you to use that font under the conditions defined in the present EULA. The present EULA is a legally binding contract between you and Studio Muhittin Güneş.
